    Company

    We built what we needed.

Founded by people who ran service crews. Built because no existing tool handled the full job without charging per head or requiring a consultant to configure it.

    Est. 2023Home and field service

    Origin

We were the ones sitting in the truck at 7pm, texting customers manually and hoping the invoice we sent three days ago would actually get paid.

The software that existed was either built for billion-dollar service companies or charged $79 per technician per month. A 5-person crew was paying $400 before booking a single job.

We built KlientHQ to do the work we kept forgetting to do: send the follow-up, answer the call at 9pm, remind the client the day before, get the invoice paid before the weekend. One flat price. Unlimited crew. No manual anything.

    What we stand for

    Four principles. No exceptions.

    01

    Operators before investors

Every product decision starts with one question: does this help a service business owner run a better job? Not 'does this look good in a demo.'

    02

    Price we would pay ourselves

We priced it for a small crew. No per-seat math. No surprise bill when you hire.

    03

    Features that work at 6am

If it requires a 45-minute onboarding call to understand, we will not ship it. Everything should work before the first coffee.

    04

    No lock-in, ever

Export your data anytime. Cancel without penalties. We keep customers by being worth keeping, not by making it painful to leave.

See what it looks like when nothing falls through.
