Getting Started
How do I create an account?
Click the 'Get Started' button and follow the signup process. You'll need to provide your business information and create a password.
What do I get in my first 14 days?
14 days of Pro. Online booking, AI outreach, flexible pricing, and up to 20 service territories. Heatmap and LTV maps stay on Plus. Klient is a limited trial preview (5 questions per day). Sales Agent is a paid add-on, and it is available during the trial. Calls draw from your Agent Balance.
How do I set up my first service?
Navigate to Services in your dashboard, click 'Add Service', and fill in the details including pricing and duration.
How do I import customers?
Import customers from a CSV. Support can help with larger lists.

How does Sales Agent work?
Sales Agent answers the phone, books jobs, and takes messages. It is a paid add-on you can buy on any plan. Calls draw your Agent Balance down by the minute. Klient chat and website chat use the same balance.
Can I customize my booking page?
Yes. You can customize colors, add your logo, set business hours, and configure service-specific booking rules.
How does territory management work?
Define service areas using zip codes, radius, or geofencing. Assign team members to territories so jobs stay in the right area.
Billing
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel anytime. You keep access until the end of your billing period. Canceling does not refund your Agent Balance.
What is the Agent Balance?
One prepaid dollar balance for the phone Sales Agent, Marketing Agent growth texts and emails, Klient chat, and website chat. Job and operations reminders stay included. New signups get a $5 starter balance.
Does the Agent Balance expire?
No. The balance never expires.
How do Agent Balance refunds work?
A pack bought in the last 14 days can be refunded in full to your card if none of it has been used. A partly used pack is not refunded. The $5 starter is not refundable. Value moved over from an older balance is not a card refund. Canceling or downgrading your subscription does not refund unused balance.
How does auto top-up work?
It turns on when you buy your first paid pack, with a cap equal to that pack's price. The $5 starter does not turn it on. You can turn it off in one tap. You can also add to the balance yourself at any time.
