    Deliberate Livin LLC (“KlientHQ,” “we,” “us”) uses cookies and similar technologies on klienthq.com and in the KlientHQ application. This page explains what we use, why, and how you can control it. It is part of our Privacy Policy.

    What cookies are

    Cookies are small text files stored on your device. We also use local storage and similar tools for the same purposes: keeping you signed in, remembering settings, and (if you allow) measuring how the site is used.

    Cookies we use

    • Essential — required to operate the site and app (session, authentication, security, load balancing). These cannot be turned off.
    • Preferences — remember theme, language, and UI choices. Optional.
    • Analytics — Google Analytics and similar tools to understand traffic and product usage. Optional. We do not use analytics cookies until you accept them.

    We do not sell cookie data. Payment processors (Stripe, Square), communications (Twilio, Resend), and AI providers (SpacexAI) may set their own cookies when you use those features. See their policies and our DPA.

    How to manage cookies

    Use in the site footer, or your browser settings. Refusing optional cookies does not block sign-in or booking; some analytics and remembered preferences will stop working.

    Consent is stored for up to 12 months, then we ask again.
